Description

Meet the first of the "Safari Sisters". All of them are so very excited about their upcoming trip to the savannahs of Africa. (Sometimes those Publisher's Clearing House entries really pay off!) They've already purchased their safari hats and coordinating neckerchiefs. They really went for the faux leopard look.
Zelda's always dreamed of being an author so she'll be the group's journalist.Alongs with a supply of pens, she's taking her favorite journal along. She's had it since she was a child and thinks it's pretty cool that it's a got a picture of a giraffe on the cover. I've embellished her with a miniature scrabble tile and letter bead, each with the letter "Z".
Zelda's been created with vintage wooden blocks, a vintage wooden spool and antique doll parts unearthed behind old doll factories in Germany that operated from 1890-1920. She's the oldest in the family and another pretty brunette with blue eyes.
She's 7" tall and sports wings of rusty wire.
You can find her 3 sisters, Carol, Esther and Ginger in the shop.

She's BEAUTIFUL! Love the little hints of pink in her skirt, and the "something blue" on her veil is so subtle and clever! LOVE her! I appreciate very much the fantastic service I always receive when I shop here!

Both items arrived promptly and in great condition. My sister is a doll collector and I purchased the Charleston Girl for her and will enclose a gift card to ETSY in the gift card holder for Valentine's Day. She will be thrilled. Thank you !

She's beautiful! What a perfect way to recycle "light" related items. She really is the perfect angel of light. Love the creativity and the inspiration involved in her design. Always a happy experience when I open a package from this shop.
