Welcome! I’m so glad you visited my shop. I love working with clients to create unique wedding stationery that reflects the personality of the couple or wedding style. If you choose to work with me, we will work together to make your invitations perfect.

*$7 SAMPLES*
The $7 samples are generic paper samples for you to SEE PRINT and PAPER QUALITY and may differ from image shown as they will be pulled from already printed stock, and therefore cannot be customized. Mailed samples will include standard white envelopes with assembly and address printing extras. If you would like to see a sample of any other extras, please let me know when you place the order and I will try to accommodate the request. Some extras, like pocket folds and colored envelopes with liners, have limited availability and may cost extra. If you are looking for something specific, please reach out before ordering a sample. Paper samples are mailed USPS first class mail.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Design with text changes (obviously) + 3 rounds of proofs
• Digitally printed on thick 16pt/120lb white matte cover stock (thicker than card stock)
• Font and background color changes*
• Plain white square flap envelopes
*Floral and other artwork color changes are also available but require art fee. Please write us to let us know what changes you would like made and I'll provide a quote. If you have any special requests just ask! Please reach out for color change requests prior to ordering so I can confirm price and availability.
HELPFUL TIP - Be sure to count the number of households and not the number of invited guests. This is a common mistake made by brides and I don't want you spend any more than needed by over ordering. However, you should plan on having a few extras for any late additions, one set for your photographer to shoot on your wedding day, and a couple for keep-sake.
Please note that any cards featuring gold or silver are colored to look metallic. These are digitally printed and are not foil-stamped with a press.

*PLACING YOUR BULK INVITATION ORDER*
Purchase the listing with the design you want as the FIRST IMAGE in the listing and send me the below information in the "notes to seller" section at checkout or through Etsy message. Once I receive your order and details, I'll send proofs to you through Etsy Message for you to review. I'll make as many revisions as needed until you think they are perfect (3 rounds of proofs included with purchase). Once you give final approval, I'll professionally print them and mail them to you.
IF adding UPGRADES:
Please message me if you are interested in adding on any upgrades. Since I don’t have listings for these options, just let me know which invitation package you want (A-E), how many sets you need, and what extras you would like and I will create a custom quote and invoice for you to make the ordering process a breeze. Details I'll need for your proofs:
INVITATION:
1. Colors and font choice – if different from 1st listing image
2. Full Names of couple (traditionally the bride is listed first)
3. Any special wording
a. Weddings are traditionally hosted by the bride’s parents. If you would like to stick with tradition, please include the bride’s father’s full name, or the names of both parents if they are not married to each other.
b. Wording: “honor of your presence” is traditional wording for weddings being held in a place of worship, while “pleasure of your company” is traditionally used for weddings elsewhere. I will enter the appropriate phrase unless otherwise requested.
4. Wedding date
5. Wedding start time
6. Ceremony venue name and location
7. “Reception to follow” or other wording
RSVP
1. Reply by date
2. Any wording changes (unique reply wording, meal options, song request, etc.)
3. Name(s) and return address (if you are adding on envelope address printing)

1. Reception location (if different from ceremony location)
2. Accommodations & room block info
3. Website
4. Any other special notes (adults only, welcome dinner, after party, parking instructions, special attire, QR code, etc.)
PROOFS:
Proofs will be sent through Etsy message, usually within 48 hours from when the purchase is made and all information is received. Unless otherwise requested by you, the proofs will be designed to match the FIRST LISTING IMAGE. Major layout and design changes, including font changes, after the first proofs have been sent will result in extra fees. I will make as many edits and tweaks as needed until you think they are perfect and approve them to print, however only the first 3 rounds of proofs are included with the purchase, so be as specific and as thorough as possible with each request for revisions. Additional proofs will be $15 per card.
*PROOFING NOTE*
All proofs will include an 1/8” bleed along all edges that will be trimmed off after printing. Customer is responsible for proof reading all text to ensure there are no typos. REVIEW YOUR PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY! We recommend you have at least one other person review the information for you. The graphic editing software used to create these cards does not have spell check and typos can occur. HALOdesignsSHOP will not be responsible for any printed typos that are on final proofs approved by customers, regardless of where the typo originated. Reprints for typos and mistakes on approved items will be subject to reprint fees.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Standard prints typically ship 2 weeks FROM PROOF APPROVAL with USPS Priority mail with tracking. Some upgrades/add-ons take additional processing time (like special order envelopes, pocket folds, and hand-torn edges). Be sure you have all your details confirmed and ready when you place an order.
If you need something rushed, I would love to accommodate the request. I offer Rush Processing ($100) so your order moves to the top of my queue for next day proofs. Then, once approved, it moves to the top of my print and assembly queue for faster processing. Rush orders typically ship within a week of proof approval.
Separate rush fees apply to any requested new art ($50), such as a new venue illustration, to jump the queue with my artists. Space for rush art is very limited so please inquire for availability. Please message me to let me know all the items you want, including any upgrades, and your need-by date so I can confirm I can meet your deadlines.

PRINTED ADDRESSES – Save yourself the hassle and time of hand-addressing your invitations and let us print them for you for a beautiful presentation in fonts coordinating with your suite.
Reply envelope addressing: $0.50ea + $15 set-up*
Return & Guest addressing: $1ea + $20 set-up*
*Guest addresses must be entered into our address template for accurate printing.
Above pricing is for black/grey ink only. White ink available for an extra $1.00 per envelope.

COLORED ENVELOPES – My favorite way to elevate an invitation suite. Plus it helps them stand out in a stack of mail! Basic white square flap envelopes are included unless upgraded.

TORN EDGES – $1 per card
Make your invitation suite unique with the deckle edge look. Each card is torn by hand and is a real labor of love that is sure to wow each guest.
INVITATION LAYER
This is another great way to elevate your invitation suite and make the invite extra thick and really stand out.

• Layer + I assemble and glue for you: $1.20ea

WAX SEALS
Self-adhering wax seal: $1.60 each
Minimum 50 | order in multiples of 25. (Reorders also subject to 50 minimum.)
Wax seals come with professional grade adhesive for a super strong hold.
If you would like a light hold for resealable items (like vellum wraps) be sure to let us know. Light hold adhesive is +$0.20 each.
BELLY BANDS
Upgrade to color paper to match envelope color: +$0.20ea

Choose between three options with your two letter combination
STICKERS
2” square or round: $20 + $0.25 each (multiples of 20)

POCKETS & POCKET FOLDS – starting at $1.60 each (Please note that pocket folds require special RSVP and Detail card sizes that may not be shown in the sample listing image.)
VELLUM WRAPs - 7”x10.5” 28lb vellum
Scored on one side for easier centering: $1 each
Non-scored: $0.60 each
Printed wraps are also available for an additional fee
ASSEMBLY – All invitation sets are DIY assembly unless requested and invoiced otherwise. This means you bundle, wrap, stuff, seal, and apply appropriate postage. Adhesives are not included (except on wax seals). Don’t have time to put your sets together? No problem, we can do some of that for you.
Partial Assembly (reply envelope postage is extra)
• Belly Bands: bundling, wrapping and gluing belly bands: $0.90ea
• Twine: bundling and wrapping with twine and tying: $2.20ea
• DIY Twine: cut twine and extra small hole punch added to each tag for you to assemble yourself: $0.40ea
Full Assembly
• If you also want me to rsvp postage and stuff the envelopes I can do that as well. Please message me for a quote. We do not offer direct mailing to your guests or apply outer envelope postage.
ADD A VENUE ILLUSTRATION
Add a venue we have already painted: $50
Add a new venue: starting at $180 when purchased with this listing

To get started: send us a message with the name of your venue and whether you would like a line drawing or watercolor painting along with at least one reference image, showing the exact angle you want it illustrated as well as any special requests (i.e. include the tree on the left and planters in front, do not include the road or flag). Keep in mind, we cannot illustrate anything we cannot see. I’ll provide you with a quote and confirm the current turnaround time. New venue illustrations usually take about 3 weeks to complete, but can take longer based on current orders queue. Artwork remains the property of HALOdesignsSHOP and will be added to our portfolio. Originals and digital files will not be provided.

TERMS
• All items are DIY assembly unless otherwise stated and invoiced.
• HALOdesignSHOP reserves the right to use photos of your final stationery prints for promotional purposes.
• Due to the extensive time and care we have taken to source fonts, and since they are a key element of our designs, we do not give out the names of our fonts.
• New venue illustrations include an illustration drawn based on the angle you specifically chose and sent reference images of, along with any other special requests. The fee includes the licensing of that illustration for any printed items ordered through HALOdesignsSHOP. This does not give exclusive rights to the artwork and the artwork remains property of HALOdesignsSHOP and may be resold by us. You may not use our work and reproduce it elsewhere.
• All items are shipped USPS Priority unless upgraded to FedEx. HALOdesignsSHOP is not responsible for late deliveries caused by delays with the shipping carrier.
• Some substitutions may be made due to supply issues with the nationwide paper shortage.
