PARAGUAY COIN NECKLACE 1953

Vintage Paraguay coin is 50 centimes and dated 1953. Beautiful coin is aluminum bronze, giving it the appearance of gold--no gold in coin, and has a scalloped edge. Coin has been drilled and attached to a new custom necklace 18" in length. Necklace has a lobster claw closure. Necklace can be swapped out for a20" gold plated snake chain at no charge.

Obverse of coin features Lion with Liberty Cap within center. Reverse has the denomination within wreath.


Paraguay is a land locked country in South America bordered by Argentina, Brazil and Bolivia. The indigenous Guarani had been living in Paraguay for at least a millennium before the Spanish conquered the territory in the 16th century. Guarani and Spanish are both languages spoken in Paraguay.

Vintage coins may have some flaws due to age and circulation. Coin has been cleaned and polished. Future cleaning may be needed due to the composite of the coin.

Coin necklace will ship in a gift box.
