Description

A modern statement vessel disguised as a charming planter.

These cluster vessels are truly a labor of love. Painstaking construction starts with three separately wheel-thrown forms carefully positioned and "welded" together. They are propped up by multiple braces and built on their own piece of kiln shelf which they never leave until they are bisque fired. One false move before the final firing and it could all simply break apart! Glazed with speckly gloss white inside; the exterior is unglazed and textured to enhance the toasty brown stoneware clay. Most definitely one of a kind.

Uses limited only by your imagination—succulent planter, vase, pencil and tool holder, candy and snack bowls, dip and salsa server, or just a beautiful sculpture.

If you like this vessel, I make similar pieces in different sizes and configurations, including hanging planters. You can view them in the Vases + Vessels + Bowls section of my shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TerraformaStudio?section_id=12382417

• Approximately 6" (15.2 cm) diam. x 4 1/4" (10.8 cm) h.
• Stoneware high-fired to Cone 10 (±2381° F.)
• Food safe; watertight; microwave and oven-safe; handwashing recommended

Adorable little vase. It was a bit smaller than I expected but I think it’s only because. I didn’t look at the dimensions. Can’t wait to put a flower or two in it.

Payment must be received within 2 days of order confirmation. Please be sure that you check your spam inbox if you don't get a confirmation from me within 2 days. If you will be unavailable or away from your computer for some time after you place your order, please give me alternate contact information to begin processing your order.

I must charge sales tax for orders going to California residents only.

Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me and I will strive to make you happy again!

Buyers requesting a refund must contact me within 14 days of receipt of item. I will either see what can done to make you happy with your purchase, or I will start the refund process. I will refund full purchase price minus shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is defective or not what was ordered.

If any item is damaged during shipping, you should first contact the shipper (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to file a claim, and then please let me know what has happened—see notes about insurance in my shipping policy. I pack every item with extreme care to arrive in perfect condition; I can't be held responsible for items damaged during shipping, but I will help you to resolve this problem with the shipper.

I do not offer refunds for items that are lost or damaged during shipping, or by the buyer.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Shipping policies

All orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days of payment, unless I inform you otherwise. Shipping of custom orders will vary, and will be discussed at time of order.

Because ceramics are fragile, I always include insurance in the shipping charge and package very securely with lots of cushioning, often a box within a box—this is why the shipping cost may be a bit higher than expected, especially for deliveries outside the U.S.

I ship by the least expensive option that is still safe and insured—this will be USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS depending upon item size, weight, and fragility. Domestic U.S. delivery will usually take 2-6 days depending on shipper; international deliveries may take as long as 2-4 weeks depending on location, and can be unpredictable. Please remember that shipping near any holiday period can be very slow; priority upgrades should be requested at time of order if speedier delivery is needed. Any upgrades such as signature confirmation are also available upon request.

YES! I will ship internationally, but setting up shipping costs for every listing is very time consuming. If you are outside the U.S. and are interested in an item, please contact me and I will respond quickly with a shipping cost to your address.

California Residents: For sanity's sake, I have to set my tax rate calculator at 9%; if your delivery address is in a district with a lower tax rate, I will refund any overcharge of taxes to you. My neighbors in the Los Angeles area are welcome to pick up their purchases in person to save shipping cost—please let me know at checkout if you want this, and the full shipping cost will be refunded.

I try to recycle and reuse packaging materials as much as possible, so the package outside may not always be pretty but what's inside will always arrive beautiful and intact (barring unforeseen catastrophes!).

If your purchase is a gift going directly to the recipient, please let me know—I will include a tag with your gift message if you wish. Just provide me with gift info in the note to seller at checkout. Of course, I will not include the invoice with the gift unless you specifically request it.
