Description

Gorgeous christmas themed bow, made with blue and silver glitter fabric with snowflake centre. Bow is attached to a partially lined alligator clip. If you would like the bow attached to a nylon baby headband instead of a clip then please leave a message at the checkout.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Hopefully you will be delighted with your item. Should this not be the case, then please contact me so I can work out a solution in resolving the issue. Returns will receive a refund for product only, buyers will need to pay for return/exchange shipping costs. Refunds/exchanged items cannot be accepted after 21 days. Custom orders cannot be returned. I have no control over items once they have been handed over to the post office, so please bear this in mind when ordering items for any type of special occasion. Please order in plenty of time, as your item will be non refundable if it does not arrive in time for your chosen event. Shipping times are approximate. (See shipping policy).

Shipping policies

I am based in the UK but ship worldwide. Items are shipped by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. UK postage is usually 1-5 working days. Delivery to Europe is 3-5 working days. Delivery to rest of world is 5-7 working days but can be up to 30 days, due to holiday season, weather etc. Any import or custom fees for international orders will need to be paid by the buyer. The Hair Bow Studio is not responsible for lost/damaged items in transit. You are welcome to purchase a shipping upgrade which are available on request. See returns/exchange policies regarding non refundable items. Most of the items are sent flat packed therefore you may need shape the bows back into their original style when you receive them.
