Most items are personalized and custom, and unfortunately are not eligible for returns unless they arrive to buyer damaged or defective. We will need pictures of the damage or defect before determining if we can accept a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Etsy does not currently have a pulldown menu or field for you to add this information. When you order a personalized item,please follow instructions in listing which are to add your personalization information in the "notes to seller" at checkout. Please use correct capitalization, grammar, etc. as it will be created in the way that it is entered by YOU. Also, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ETSY MESSAGES after ordering. There are many times when we may have a question about your personalization, or times when customers forget to add personalization info. Then we are left with no information to create the item. We will then try to get in touch with you. If you do not respond to messages, we will cancel the order. We can't create it with incomplete info.
Etsy requires that shops fulfill orders within a certain time. We make every effort to contact customers with questions or if information is needed before we can process order. There are times when customers forget to add the initials or names they want for items for themselves or gifts for others. If you forget, it is no problem. We will make every attempt to reach you for several days after the order to obtain the information. However, if you do not respond in a timely fashion it will be necessary for us to cancel the order.
