2 Tier Hanging Air Plant Holder - Terracotta
Description
Developed to showcase each air plant's individual beauty, my air plant cradles are the ideal balance between sculpture and functionality. Each cradle is completely hand crafted out of gorgeous terracotta clay. There is a hole in the center of each cradle that for securing your air plant if it has a bulb. The whole measures approx 1" wide on the small cradle tier and 1 1/2" wide on the large cradle tier.
They make a stunning display individually or in groups and can be hung on the wall, in a window or even outside (but remember to bring your plants in if it gets too cool).
The small cradle measures approx. 5 1/4" across the widest point and the large cradle measures approx. 8-9" across the widest point. I simply overlay the small cradle over the large to create a tiered look. Together they measure approx. 17" tall from the nail to the bottom of the large cradle but can be easily adjusted by shortening the cords. A professionally printed hangtag containing information about the cradle in addition to air plant care instructions is included.
The Cradles in the images are representative of what you will receive, because each is crafted by hand there are slight variations but i'll make sure your cradle is just as exquisite.
Sorry, Air plants are not included but you can find gorgeous specimens for the cradles here https://www.etsy.com/shop/mudpuppy?ref=l2-shopheader-name§ion_id=7028067 Air plants ship for free with any planter purchase.

Beautiful workmanship. Openings for plants were larger than I imagined but just had to adjust by putting some moss underneath. Perfect for my bathroom! Shipping was fast.

Very quick shipping and the seller quickly provided a replacement hanger when one of these arrived broken. Excellent customer service, I would definitely shop with mudpuppy again. Thank you!

Shipping policies
I try to be as exact as I can when it comes to shipping costs cause I know it can be expensive...especially for overseas clients. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. I am unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and the buyer will be responsible for these fees or taxes so please factor that into your purchase. Here are some general guidelines i have garnered from my research but the best bet would be to consult your nearest postal authority:
UK: If your goods (excluding shipping cost) exceed £15, you'll pay an additional 20% VAT on the entire cost of your order (including shipping), plus an £8 "handling fee" to Royal Mail. If your goods (excluding shipping cost) exceed £135, you'll also have to pay an additional 12% "customs duty" on the entire cost of your order (including shipping).
Canada: Flat $5 handling fee for USPS shipments.
Germany: Anything under €22 (price + shipping) is free of customs duties and import taxes, packages between €22-150 you’ll pay sales tax on price + shipping (19% as of August 2014), and over €150 you’ll pay sales tax and customs. (Thanks, Thorben.)
Brazil: Anything over $50 (including delivery) gets hit with a tariff and customs which can double the cost. Do yourself a favor, order only one item at a time. You'll spend more on shipping but avoid the painful customs.
The Netherlands: A friend told us that anything over €22 (price & shipping) gets hit with sales tax (typically around 20% of the price including shipping). Anything over €150 will need to pay both sales taxes and customs.
Australia: Nothing to pay for import goods valued at up to AUD1,000 (~USD850). (Thanks, Clem.)
Turkey: a friend told us there is a limit of €75 per shipment for customs. If the value of shipment exceeds that, you pay +20% of the total sum. (Thanks, Zeki.)
Sweden: 12% customs tax (of the total value of the order). 25% sales tax of the customs tax value. (Thanks, Martin.)
Denmark: Any package from outside the European Union that costs less than 80 DKK for the items themselves will have no duties or taxes. Any package equal to or above 80 DKK, customs will add a fee of 128 DKK plus a sales tax of 25% on the entire amount. (Thanks, Jesper.)
Norway: Anything under NOK 350 (price + shipping) is free of customs duties and import taxes, if above that you pay 25% sales tax on the total sum. Customs tax depends on the kind of goods ordered, i.e. clothes are 10,7% which are added before the sales tax. (Thanks, Jacob.)
If you know how these things work, email us and we'll add more information here.
