Description

This pretty vintage aqua blue Quick Seal jar was rescued from a local auction. It was manufactured some time in the early 1900s. It is embossed "Quick Seal" on the front of the jar. It is a very nice aqua color. You will receive the jar and lid only with this listing. All other items in the photographs are props.

This jar is quart sized and is approx. 7 inches tall. It requires a standard sized glass lid (which is included).

***I have had a couple of these jars, so you may not receive the actual jar pictured. The jar that I currently have available has the patent date below the "Quick Seal" logo. RB #2454.

This jar is in decent vintage condition; however, it is OLD. Imperfections are nearly inevitable on jars of this age. There may be some small chips/flaking/ flea bites to the lip of the jar. There may be some scratches to the glass, or minor scuffing or shelf wear. The bail has some surface rust which is very common in jars of this age.

This jar is looking for a new home where it can proudly display your dry goods or sewing sundries!

Shipping is automatically combined on multiple purchases.

Returns & exchanges

I do my very best to describe each of my items accurately. Please feel free to ask questions prior to purchasing an item. I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, or provide a refund only if I have significantly misrepresented an item. Please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback, to see if we can come to a mutually satisfying solution.

On any return, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Please contact me right away if your item arrives broken or damaged. If possible, I will send a replacement, if not, I will issue a refund for the item. I do require photographic proof of damage so that insurance claims can be filed with the postal service. Please take pictures of the damaged item in the original packaging. I can not provide a refund without proof of damage.

Shipping policies

I will ship your order via USPS. Depending on the weight of the package, it will be sent via parcel post or priority mail. I will do overnight or express shipping, but the buyer will be responsible for any additional postage. Please allow at least 3-5 business days after purchase for packages to be shipped. Large orders may require more time for packing.

Your shipping cost includes actual postage plus a minimal handling charge. I do recycle shipping materials, and I use a large volume of packing supplies. The packaging is "no frills" but your items will be carefully packaged. Frequently, custom boxes have to be built for items of unusual size or shape.

International buyers will be responsible for any upgraded shipping or customs fees.

Additional policies

I will be happy to design a custom order for you! Please allow a little more processing time for larger orders.
