FAQs

We love custom orders. Every custom order will be quoted both a price and an estimated time frame for completion. The most complex the project, the longer it usually takes. That being said, we know you are excited to get your items, and we work very hard to complete orders as quickly as possible, without compromising quality. Due to the individual nature of custom orders, per Etsy policy, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For custom orders that require sizing, we will outline exactly what we need to size your project correctly when we finalize your order. Please be aware that providing accurate measurements is the clients responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements. Due to the materials used, there may be slight variations in sizes of metal sculptures.
We recommend shipping insurance for the full value of a custom order to protect both you as the buyer, and me as the seller. We make every effort to make sure custom items are packed securely and able to be safely shipped. In the rare event of shipping damage, insurance coverage will protect us both, and insure that we can work together to repair or replace any damaged items with no loss of value.
