This precisely and carefully crocheted scarf, which has a woven look of fine stitches, is classically styled in a unisex design. This soft winter scarf was meticulously crocheted out of yarn that is 100% Merino wool, and so it feels wonderful to wear next to your skin. It is densely crocheted, so it is warm in spite of being fairly lightweight.
The scarf was crocheted lengthwise in a crocheted seed stitch pattern that resembles weaving and looks the same on both sides of the scarf. I would be at a loss to name every color in this scarf, but the overall tone is mostly rosy plum. Add to that pops of gold, tan, rust, chocolate, grey, olive, mocha, bronze, blue, aqua, purple, pink, grape, indigo, and more. The lightweight yarn is a single ply Uruguayan yarn that was hand-dyed and lightly felted by a family-owned company that employs environmentally safe practices using as little water and as few chemicals as possible.
