We understand that your baby is growing and it may be difficult for you to determine the size.We stand behind our products 110%, and we mean it. If it doesn't fit or isn't the right color, just send it back for an exchange. The only thing we ask is that you contact us to let us know about your problem within 30 days of your order and then send it back. Unfortunately, we do not refund the shipping charges, as USPS does not allow for refunds for their services.

ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. :)

We do have a few requirements - We're happy to take back unworn/unwashed item(s). This means the tags still have to be attached, and it can't have stains or be worn.

Please use the "Contact Shop Owner" button on the left hand side of our shop home page to let us know its coming and what items you would like to exchange it for. The only thing we ask is that you pay the return shipping, and then we'll cover everything from there. (Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees).

We do recommend selecting an insured mail service; we are not responsible for items that we do not receive. Packages must be prepaid by you; COD deliveries will not be accepted. Please send your return/exchange packages back to:
