All books will be shipped media mail
Depending on location actual shipping charges may be less and difference will be refunded upon shipment.
All refund requests will require the item purchased to be returned at the buyers expense in the same condition it was received. A tracking number is also required for proof of shipment. Once the item is received and inspected the refund will be issued.
No refunds or trades given on embroidery patterns
If the item is damaged in shipping, contact me so we can resolve the issue with the carrier. Pictures of the damaged item and the original packing material are required to file a claim.
