As these are custom, and personalized items, I do not accept returns for refunds, or exchanges. If
you decide, or need to cancel, I will accept a cancellation ONLY if a request is made to cancel within the first 60 minutes after purchase. If a request to cancel is made after that time frame, I apologize I cannot accept one.

I do not accept returns for a refund if your item does not make it to you on time for your event, as I am not responsible for USPS transit times, or any mail delays, or lost packages that may occur.

1) All foil/non foil tags (except 3" Round/ 3" x 2" ) have a processing time of 3 business days.
2) 3" Round, or 3" x 2" tags have a processing time of 5 business days.
3) Custom orders are 5 business day processing time.
4) DIY Kits, Bags, Pre-Cut ribbon/twine have a processing time of 5 business days.
5) Escort Tags have a 7 business day processing time, and are not available for rush processing.

b) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AFTER SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is first class mail, and can take anywhere from 3-9 business days in transit.
Priority Mail is typically 2-3 business days (not a guaranteed delivery date service)
Express is 1-2 typically 1-2 business days.

c) WHAT DOES PROCESSING TIME MEAN?

Processing time is the time it takes me to create the item for you, before it is shipped.

d) WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, as soon as your shipment label is prepare, Etsy will automatically send a shipping notification with the tracking information.

e) WHAT ABOUT RUSH PROCESSING?

If you purchased rush processing:

Please note Rush processing does NOT include expedited USPS shipping.

f) CAN YOU GIVE ME A GUARANTEE FOR A CERTAIN DAY?

I apologize, I am not able to guarantee a specific delivery date. At times USPS unfortunately can have shipment delays, either man made *misrouting*, or natural disasters, for this reason I am not able to give any guarantee for a certain delivery date.

g) USPS DELAYED MY ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?

I apologize, as these are custom items, I am not able to accept returns for missed item events, transit delays, because of shipment delay, or lost items.

If you need your item within 2 weeks I suggest to upgrade to at least priority Mail. If you need your item within a week, please upgrade to Express mail, and consider adding Rush Processing.

h) I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN BE DONE?

Please Note: I can ship ONLY to the address that is provided during the checkout. Please make sure the address is correct. I am not able to refund, redo an order, or send an additional order for incorrect address entry during checkout. Foil/Non Foil Tags (3" x 2" or 3" Round) : 5 business day Processing time

All non custom orders that are requesting proof approval will have an additional 1-2 business day added on to the original processing time, to allow time for proof creation/and approval.

Custom tags have a processing time of 5 business days

DIY kits, ribbon add-on's processing varies. Please see those listings for processing times.
The rush processing fees are as follows:

$5.00 for non foil tags ** 2.25" size or under***
$8.00 for regular size foil tags **2.25" size or under***
Large Foil Tag **3" x 2" OR 3" Round, OR 3 5/32" Heart** rush fee is $15.00.

Rush Order processing details:

All digital proofs are black/white for design approval purposes only.

Custom tags are priced slightly different than display tags, the quoted price includes the first four *4* revisions to the design. If more revisions are required there is an additional charge of $5.00.

Do I get a proof?

I offer proofs automatically for approval on custom orders ONLY.

Non custom orders (name/date addition only) will receive a proof ONLY if you request a proof at checkout on your note to seller. If you do NOT request a proof at checkout on a non-custom order, you will NOT receive one.

Requesting a proof for a non custom tag:

A proof will be provided for name/date verification ONLY. The non custom designs CANNOT be altered beyond name/date correction if there is a problem with either names/dates.
Unless specified , the tags will not come with the ribbon, string, or twine.
As each item is made at the time of sale, I am not able to accept returns/or exchanges for any items in my shop. I tend to start work on the items, pretty quickly after sale, so I am not able to cancel a sale past the first 60 MINUTES after purchase.
If you need an item for specific date, please upgrade the shipping, as the standard shipping is first class mail. First class goes by ground, not air. Priority Mail tends to be quicker, but please keep in mind it is not a guaranteed delivery date service. I do offer Express mail as an upgrade at checkout as well.
