Custom and personalized orders

I'll do my best to fulfill a custom order. I usually play around with designs and may contact you a few times with ideas to make sure we're on the same page. I will always send a mock-up photo so you can see what I have come up with before you make the final purchase.

I can make most items with resin or metal designs. I try to list the material in each individual listing, but as I am human, I may miss one here or there, so just ask if it's not listed!

I make all badge reels with a black base unit. White can get dirty or discolor, so I prefer the constant look of the black. (Yes, I wear my own products, and have had the same metal face badge reel for almost 2 years with no problems...tried and true, if you will). The only issue I have had with my own is the image MAY discolor if fully submerged in water...or if you are SEVERELY rained upon. I was caught in a storm and drenched like buckets...some water seeped in on the side. Image was still ok, but colors around the edge were not like they had been. (for full disclosure :) )

Gift wrapping and packaging

If I get your order early in the day, I usually package it THAT day, then send it out late night (after work) on my way home. I ship with USPS and must work with their hours. I ship items in a fully padded envelope. I WANT you to get your items fully intact when they leave my possession, and try to give it the puffiest, most secure temporary home possible en route.

I have purchased many brands/used lots of suppliers for the badge reels. I have found the best I can purchase in bulk and still be affordable for us all. Again, no badge reel lasts forever! I know folks who purchased $20 all metal reels and they STILL break after a while. For, the price, these are the best quality I have found for my use. And I literally mean that because I use them myself. I have had one over 2 years that I made and it's still fine. They just don't last forever, think of them as "disposable" items.

For reels with rhinestones, if you are rough on a badge reel, I don't recommend. The adhesive I use (Hypocement) is durable, but the stones may come off. If you'd like a smaller face/design, I can make them in the 1 Inch size which will show a small black edge around the design. Just message me about it!
