Do I need to request a custom order to change the personalized details?

Almost all items are personalized! You do not have to request a custom order to have your item personalized! In the item description you will see a list of the information I will need you to leave for me in the "Note to BasektfulOfGrace" box when checking out.

What does "with card/note" mean?

When purchasing some of our items you may see a drop-down menu with various options containing cards. The "With Card/Note" option is referring to a handmade greeting card that matches the item you purchased. You can see what the card is like here: http://etsy.me/2k4LtVK

When will I receive my item?

Production time is usually 3-5 business days. If it is different than this it will say so on our shop announcement. You can rush your production time by finding the "Rush Production Upgrade" linked into most item descriptions. Shipping times vary and may have delays out of our control. Right now we are only shipping in the US and Canada. Please note your item could held up in customs and extra fees may be required to obtain it. This is out of our control and Basketful Of Grace is not associated with these fees. I am unable to predict if, when, or where this will occur.

We are happy to send proofs upon request and will work with you to ensure your love your personalized art! We do not accept cancellations after a proof has been created, because of the the time already spent creating your customized order. However, if you prefer, we will refund all but $20 (to cover the time already spent creating your art).

What is the difference between the 3D Map art and traditional map prints?

Traditional map prints are like any other print you would see with a map on it. Our 3D maps are printed maps that are then hand cut and assembled with a slightly raised adhesive giving the art a unique floating effect. Both are unique and beautiful and compliment different styles and budgets. 3D maps are $15 more.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only shipping to USA and Canada. If you live outside these areas you may consider ordering with a request for a digital file instead ... we are happy to accommodate in this way! Its so much faster and no expensive shipping fees! Message first if you want to do this- we have a discount code and instructions!

Can I have this in a digital file instead? (great option for international buyers!)

Yes! We offer this upon request. You can just ask in your order note that we send a high resolution file instead of printing and shipping your item. Message us for a code for $5 off before your purchase! Production time will still be the same.

What if my item gets delayed in shipping?

We will make sure you get your item, but ask for your patience. When an item gets delayed it often significant- often several weeks. Because of this, it is our policy to wait one month from order date before shipping another since 98% of the the time it arrives within this timeframe. If you prefer we ship another sooner than our policy, there will be a fee. Please note- it is much more common for unframed items to get delayed- we recommend ordering items framed!

Please give the following information in the personalization box:
1. The SHAPE you want. {House or Heart} (If not specified house will be used)
2. The NAMES, or "The ____ Family", if you want it included
3. The YEAR or date home was purchased, if you want it included
4. The ADDRESS {the WHOLE address so I can find it on the map!} We center on the city label and add a heart to mark the house's address. If you prefer we center on the heart marker instead just let us know.
5. The QUOTE: "our first home" or "home sweet home" {If none is specified "our first home" will be used as pictured. There are two fonts used in these sample photos. The font will match the pictures with the shape you chose}.
6. Map coloring....COLOR or BLACK AND WHITE?

*A note on frames/sizing: There are two options for the 10x10 frames...with a mat, and without a mat. Please look at photos to see the difference. If ordered with a mat the print/house will be smaller, and a mat will surround it .

*Please Note- all text will be lowercase like samples show, unless otherwise requested. We will center on town name and put red heard on address unless otherwise requested. Proofs available upon request (request IN order note) but may delay production time.

º Our maps are printed on beautifully textured archival quality paper. The paper is a standard letter size measuring 8.5x11 inches. It fits best in frames/mats that have an 8x8 or 8x10 inch opening. Please note you will need to trim the paper slightly for a perfect fit. {If you prefer to have it come to you already framed you may choose one of the framing options available at check-out!}
º We take great care in packaging both prints and framed items to make sure they arrive in pristine condition.
º Our Rustic Barnwood frames are made from reclaimed wood. With that will come various imperfection possibilities that show its earlier life such as nail holes, knots, scratches, and color variations. No two are exactly alike!
º All frames are made out of wood and come with glass. All frames have hanging hardware attached, and the 11x14 Dark Wood and Light Wood frames have a table top stand as well.
