HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTIFICATION -- During busy times of the year such as the holiday season or Mother's Day, the shippers may be overwhelmed with packages and can have trouble making timely deliveries Some packages may travel alternate routes during such times causing delays. The only service USPS guarantees is Priority Express 1-2 business days. During such times I work around the clock to handle all orders and ship out on time. If you didn't include your jewelry customization requests in "notes box" during checkout such as sizes needed (see size chart below for bangles), initials or number of gift boxes, please send me a message at the following link with that information as soon as possible so I can make and ship your jewelry on time.

If important order details such as initials aren't provided to me I may have to alter the shipping date until I hear from you. If no size is provided to me in time to produce the piece and meet the shipping deadline, then it's assumed the most common size is wanted.

My standard sizes for "slip on bangles" are below. Keep in mind they slide on over the hand. So aren't sized the same way as traditional bracelets using wrist size. The following descriptions are meant to make it easy to choose a size if unable to measure hand circumference for a gift. See custom measuring tips below size chart.

Bangle Size Chart:

Petite Hand: (7 inch circumference) - Extra Slim Adult or Slim Teen
X Small Hand: (7.5 inch circumference) - Slimmer Than Average Adult or Average Teen
Small Hand: (8 inch circumference) - Average Adult or Adult Size Teen MOST COMMON SIZE
Medium Hand: (8.5 inch circumference) - Medium Adult 2ND MOST COMMON
Large Hand: (9 inch circumference) - Plus Size Adult
X Large Hand: (9.5 inch circumference) - Extra Large Adult

***Between sizes: I can also make the bangle halfway between any two sizes above. This can be helpful if caught between sizes, or if you're estimating "size range" for a gift.

*** Custom size: Use a flexible tape to measure the circumference of the widest part of hand when held narrow as if sliding on a bangle. Tuck thumb into palm toward pinkie finger as far as comfortably possible while holding other fingers side by side pointed straight out (hand flat / knuckles flat in the back). The widest area is usually the bottom of thumb area going around, or lower set of knuckles area going around. Measure tightly.

*** I'm always happy to resize if needed. There's no charge for any new metal used on a resize. But re-shipping would be the responsibility of the customer.

My bangle bracelets are without a clasp for quick & easy putting on, and removal, so must slide over the widest part of your hand when held narrow.

If you didn't add enough total charms to your order including initial charms or crystals, etc, please add the extra charms to you cart so I can make your custom jewelry within the promised time frame;

I want to send your jewelry on time. And I want your jewelry to be made in the correct size on the first go around. However, if I'm not provided with important details such as initials needed, or size, and no reply is sent to my message, I may have to alter the shipping date until I hear from you. Or I may have to make your jewelry in the most common size in order to meet the shipping deadline because if it's a gift I like to make sure you at least have that. If it needs to be resized later we can work something out.

While I can usually estimate a delivery date range for U.S packages, I cannot outright guarantee the performance of the shipper. International shipping times are hard to predict.

With respects to international orders, you are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, VAT taxes or local handling fees for putting your package through customs for you that might be added by the government or your local mail service. For example in the UK, Royal Mail may charge an extra handling fee in addition to import or VAT taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer / importer. Please be aware of such charges for importing goods from abroad prior to ordering.
