All orders are sent from the UK. Please take note of my processing times, this is the time it takes me to get your order made and ready for dispatch and is different to the time it takes to be delivered to you. Please leave plenty of time for your order to be delivered if you are needing it for a specific date as a gift for example :)

*UK ORDERS*

1st class UK shipping aims to be delivered next working day from dispatch but can occasionally take a little longer.

Standard (2nd class) shipping aims to arrive 3-5 working days from dispatch, this can also take a little longer occasionally.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*

International orders are sent via international tracked, this aims to be delivered in around 7 - 15 business days but it can take longer, on the rare occasion up to 25 business days. Do get in touch if you think your order is taking too long and I will do what I can to help.

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Any orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees collected by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays and may change the estimated delivery times. Please be aware and know your countries VAT tax import limits :)

All domes and dome bases have a tiny dot on them near the back from the manufacturing proses of the domes, this does not affect the product, its just how the little domes where made :)
