Inside is blank for you to add your own message.

This card is supplied with 4 double-sided foam pads to attach your chosen photo to the outside of the card. I also supply a rectangular piece of card to use as a template, to size your photo to fit within the frame.

Coloured envelope options White, pink, or blue are now available and can be selected from the envelope colour option drop down box. If no colour is selected, white will be sent as standard.

This card is printed on 150 x 150mm square, smooth, 250gsm white cardstock with a choice of white, pink, or blue envelope, and comes in a protective plastic sleeve.

Please note that if no envelope colour is selected then white will be supplied.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after placing your order, unless specified differently on the product page.

We love it when customers contact us in surprise that they've received their products so quickly, so we will make every effort to get your order dispatched the same working day where ever possible.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive and email informing you it is on the way.
The following delivery times are to be used as a guide ONLY. No responsibility will be taken by us for delivery delays out of our control.

UK delivery - Please allow 2-3 working days after receipt of your dispatch email. However, delivery often arrives within 1-2 working days.

International Delivery - Due to the cost, all international orders are sent UNTRACKABLE and require 15-21 working days after dispatch for delivery, unless specified otherwise on the product page. We appreciate that this may seem rather a long time to wait and hope that your order will be with you well within this time, but all international orders are subject to customs checks which can cause delays.

When you think about the volume of mail being sent around the world on a daily basis it's no surprise to learn that sometimes mail does go astray.

Missing items cannot be replaced or refunded until the maximum delivery time below has been reached from the date of dispatch. Please contact us once this time has lapsed and we will be happy to help.

UK - 3 working days after dispatch
Rest of the world - 21 working days after dispatch
Unfortunately delays can be experienced for reasons out of our control, and are something we cannot take no responsibility for. Delayed items will not be subject to any refund or compensation as we cannot be held responsible for actions outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived and you believe it may be lost/missing please see the FAQ above for lost/missing orders.
It is your responsibility as a customer to fully check the delivery information prior to checkout. On submitting the order you are confirming that all information is correct. We will not be responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address info supplied.

Replacements will be subject to the following charges:

-If the order is missing and not returned to us, the buyer must submit a new order and pay the full price inclusive of postage where applicable.

- If the order is returned to us as 'undelivered' the buyer will be required to submit the correct address and pay additional delivery charges to have the order resent.

Please note that orders delivered to a place of work will not be replaced if they go missing.
Orders can be cancelled at any point up until the order is dispatched. After this point no cancellation can be made.

Personalised/Customised can only be cancelled BEFORE confirmation has been received from you (the buyer) that you are happy with the product created for you. Fair warning will be give that you have the opportunity to cancel before that option is no longer valid.

All cancellations will be subject to a £0.50p charge to cover administration duties and utilities for cancellation and paperwork. This fee will be deducted from the refund given.
It is your responsibility as the customer to check your countries customs and import rules before ordering. Should your order be subjected to customs or import charges these fees are your responsibility to pay.

We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs hold ups and no refunds or payments will be offered.

By submitting your order you are confirming you have checked and are in agreement with this policy.
Refunds will be given for the following situations ONLY, and will be made to the original payment method used to purchase. Any request for a refund to be made to an alternative method of payment or account will not be upheld. Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Refunds will NOT be given for:
