Bought for our rescue pup, Loki. Perfect fit, hoping it stands up to the daily wear and tear.

I have tried contacting Paula twice and both messages have been ignored. Although, she does not accept returns/exchanges, her policy clearly says, "But please contact me if you have any problems with your order."
The lobster claw hook is way too large and heavy for my dog. She is a small-ish 20 pound dog and it weighs down her neck when attached to the collar. It's comically large and looks silly. Unfortunately, the appropriate dog size/weight details were not disclosed in this listing for me to know it wouldn't work before purchasing.
Seems like her shop can get away with this complete lack of customer service because of the sales volume, but such rip-off tactics will surely catch up with her.
