All items shipped are insured for your protection. I can NOT offer ANY exchanges or refunds unless the item(s) is damaged. If you wish to cancel an order, please note there may be fees involved and we can not cancel any custom orders once they have been placed.
There are no refunds on custom packages such as fabric by the yard and supplies.

SHIPPING

I prefer to ship USPS Priority and USPS Express mail in order to provide you with a tracking number. All items can be insured up to $200. This is the safest way to make sure your special package gets to you safely. If you have any other shipping requests, I am happy to accommodate you through a convo. I do accept rush orders depending on the item and my current workload.

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THERE WILL BE A $15-20 DUTY FEE THAT THE BUYER WILL NEED TO PAY.

Additional policies

I am happy to do custom orders in any size for girls, juniors or ladies with an up charge.
I am also set up for wholesale orders.
