This listing includes ONE bangle of your choice measuring 1/8"x6" and engraved with your custom text up to 60 characters. If you need more than 60 characters, please send us a message. One size fits most wrists measuring 6-8", slightly adjustable. The bracelets made of thick, high quality gold plated stainless steel, rose gold plated stainless steel, and silver stainless steel.

Stainless steel pieces:

Stainless steel is a very strong and beautiful metal that will never rust or tarnish. Pieces should be worn in a way that will minimize contact with other jewelry and abrasive surfaces to avoid scratching.

If your jewelry piece includes a sterling silver plated birthstone crystal, it should be stored in a small ziplock bag away from high humidity areas such as the bathroom. Doing so will prevent the rim around the stones from tarnishing. If it does tarnish, polish with a soft cloth.

The best thing we have found to clean the stainless steel pieces is a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

Your piece is water resistant, but not waterproof, do not wear while showering, swimming or bathing.

To open your locket, carefully unscrew the face. The threads are tight so some resistance is normal when opening.

Items inside of your locket are unattached and free moving so it is possible for your plate and charms to spin. To adjust the plate without opening, flick the side of the locket and the plate will spin to a normal position. Do not expose to water, your locket is water resistant, but not waterproof, do not wear while showering, swimming or bathing.

Mixed metal and sterling silver jewelry tarnishes. This is a normal occurrence and with the proper care, it will not affect you wearing your new piece. Tarnishing can occur very quickly, especially if you live in humid climate.

To prevent tarnishing, store your jewelry in a small ziplock bag and avoid storing in the bathroom as moisture will accelerate tarnishing. Some lotions and perfumes may also accelerate tarnishing. Remember, your jewelry piece should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off.

If tarnishing does occur, use the polishing pad included with your order to gently polish your jewelry piece. Be careful not to remove intentional oxidation that gives the piece its rustic look.

All components of your necklace are under warranty for 45 days from the date of purchase. If a jump rings loosen, crystals or other components are lost, or chains break from normal wear and tear during this timeline, they will be replaced free of charge. After the 45 day warranty period, there will be a minimal fee to replace broken/loosened components. Pieces sent back for repair will be inspected, polished and all components checked and tightened before being returned.
