Turn around was faster than expected, shipping very fast. The hat is exactly as advertised and so well made! I especially appreciated the sizing options. Can’t wait to take it on my Chicago trip!!!

I ordered a bag from this seller who told me that she just finished making the bag and would ship it right out. A couple of weeks after I purchased this item, I had to contact seller to see what the status was of my item. She said she was busy and created a shipping label but never shipped the item out but said it was. Then, she lied and said it was returned to her damaged and she couldn’t fix it. It was never shipped. She could have been honest but chose to lie. No customer deserves to be lied to. She did refund my money. And now began harassing me via text last night. She said she’s sick. But is well enough to harass. Buyer, beware!

I'm sorry I was not able to fulfill your order. I did communicate that to you, refunded your money and cancelled the order within the processing and shipping timeframe stated in my shop policies and considered the matter resolved. The buyer was very combative and sent me hostile messages accusing me of lying about being sick (during a global pandemic). I get the disappointment but I've done everything I can do and consider it sour grapes at this point. This is my first negative review since my shop founding almost 5 years ago. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but things happen and a little more patience and understanding is in order during these times. I pride myself on my high quality standards and workmanship as well as excellent customer service but I am only human. I do wish you the best and hope you don't get sick

So nice! Got 2 for my Momma who is in a nursing home and needed a way to easily hold her phone and small change. This is absolutely perfect!
