There are 2 sizes that you can choose from 14"-16" and 16"- 18" in gold filled or sterling silver. 14k gold necklace will be in single size without extender. This Onyx jewelry is light weight and elegant. This Onyx is around 0.8 carats. The black stone necklace is great for layering with other gemstone necklaces. For lost packages without insurance, please contact your local post office where you normally collect your mails or your postman who delivers your mails. Let them know that you didn't get your package. They have an internal GPS system which they can track where exactly your package was dropped off. Many people were able to find the packages in the past. It's totally worth of trying.

For packages didn't arrive in time for the gifting event. We shipped out every order on time and it's out of our control once we dropped them off at the post office. We totally get how frustrating it can be. Here is an idea. You can print out the receipt or the image of the items you bought and present it with a cute card. Good things sometimes come in later.
