Custom orders are all sales final. If there is an error in the order at the fault of hersilverlining.etsy.com I will happily correct the issue for you with a replacement item. I ask that you contact us within 48hrs of receiving the package.

Refunds (if applicable) are granted once I've received the item back in new, unused condition.
