Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not in love with your jewelry, returns and exchanges are accepted. We must be notified that you wish to return the item within 5 days of its arrival. It must be returned within that first week for a refund of the item cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

> Nose Rings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are accepted, with the exception of custom orders and nose rings.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail and will not issue a refund if this happens. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship worldwide!
International orders may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive, but typically take around 2 weeks. You will be provided with a tracking number in the email you receive from Etsy. Please note that although these international tracking numbers track your packages- they are not always updated by the international post offices and sorting facilities. If your package is not updating, please wait patiently it should still be on its way to you.

*SOUTH AFRICA ORDERS: The shipping fee for South Africa is for International Priority Mail, which takes 6-10 days. Unfortunately, we've had several packages shipped to South Africa that have gone missing and we will now only ship via Priority mail. If you prefer to pay for first class instead, please contact us.

Additional policies

JEWELRY CARE:

Like all jewelry the best way to care for it is not to get it wet. Please take the jewelry off before swimming, showering, and exercising. Also, please be mindful to keep it away from chemicals, harsh sunlight, perfumes, and hairspray.

We recommend keeping your piece in a plastic baggy when not worn to prevent any tarnishing. If any tarnishing does occur, lightly use a polishing cloth to wipe away the tarnish.

FAQs

Gold Filled metal wears practically the same as gold and will never turn your skin green. It typically takes years for it to tarnish, but cleans up easily with soapy water.
All orders come gift wrapped in a bow-tied jewelry box with care instructions. Receipts are not included in orders, unless requested.

I work hard to have most orders shipped within 1-3 business days, but some orders may take up to one week before shipping. Please see the shop announcement for current shipping times. Sorry, I am out of my studio on the weekends.
