Your order will be shipped to the address as provided on your Etsy account. Please make sure these details are correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders being sent to an incorrect (old) address, this is the buyers responsibility.

If you have not updated your shipping information and your item ships to an incorrect address, you will have to purchase a new shipping label through us. We are not responsible to purchase you a new label because of your error.

Yes, All of my listings can be upgraded to priority shipping within the listing. Please select priority shipping from the drop down when you order.

All our cake and cupcake toppers are one sided only (glitter on the front and plain on the back).

Any topper can be double sided for an additional $5. Please contact me and I will create a custom order listing for you.

I go to the Post Office everyday, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and Holidays). These packages are accepted by USPS, and scanned while I am there. It can take up to 24 hours for them to download the scanning information.

Your package is now controlled by USPS. I am no longer in control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If USPS misses your event date, or if you are not present to accept your package and a rescheduled delivery is needed, or if you did not place your order with sufficient delivery time, I am not responsible. Please check your email for your tracking number, it is emailed to you when your package ships. Please contact your post office if you have any of these issues.

While this is very rare, it does happen. Please contact USPS right away. Save all packaging and wrapping, USPS will need photos of your claim.

You will receive an email when your package has shipped with a tracking number. Click track page and you will see exactly where your package is located.

1. All my items are custom and personalized.
2. Customer damaged item by not handling with care. Slide the sheet out, remove tape and carefully pick up your topper by the stick attached. Please do not light candles near the topper, it is made from Glitter Card Stock and will BURN.
3. Post Office held your item and did not deliver.
4. Post office can not deliver, non-delivery or late delivery.
5. Incorrect shipping address or package can not be forwarded.
6. Package was lost or stolen after delivery.
7. Ordering to close to your event and not purchasing the correct shipping method and not letting me know how soon you needed item.
8. You changed your mind after item was made and packaged.
9. Once an item ships, I will not refund, period.

Please place your order with sufficient time for your order to be made, and shipped to you. Please leave the date needed in the notes with any pertinent information. Orders will not be shipped without the date needed!!!!!!!!

Upgrading to Priority Mail or Express does not guarantee arrival on time for your event. Please check your email for any updates or questions I may have regarding your order.

I am not responsible if USPS missed your date or event. Priority Mail is never a guarantee you will have your item in 4-5 days.
I will not refund or replace items that are taking longer to arrive due to USPS delays.

If you have chosen regular mail you can expect your package in 7-10days. Sometimes you will receive it sooner, sometimes slower. Regular mail is not guaranteed, only estimated. You should receive Priority Mail in 4-7 days, that is not guaranteed but it is faster than regular mail. I am not responsible for Items that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to shipping carrier error or forces outside of the my control.
