BOOTS and SHOES:
Felted wool clogs, as well as other natural wool does not require washing. Wool naturally repels dirt, it is usually sufficient to air felted footwear for odours to disappear.
You can also use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum any accumulated dirt/dust from your footwear.
CLOGS (slippers with latex coating only) and CAT CAVES/mats:
Felted wool clogs, as well as other natural wool does not require washing. Wool naturally repels dirt, it is usually sufficient to air felted footwear for odours to disappear.
If necessary, wash clogs by hand or in a washing machine on wool or hand-washing mode, use wool detergent. The clogs should be washed and rinsed in warm water of the same temperature.

The sizing in different countries and even between different shoe brands is not consistent. I suggest measuring your feet by tracing them on a piece of paper with your full weight on the foot you are tracing. Make sure to keep the pencil/pen at 90 degrees to the surface of the paper. Measure the longest distance between your heel and toes and add that number into the notes when ordering.

Latex coating -- non slip coat of latex, flexible and thin, makes your slippers more grippy on any floor.

Rubber -- thin flexible rubber soling, protects your slippers from wet conditions, suitable for inside wear.

Natural rubber -- made from natural latex, durable, non slip, good for a dash outside to grab your papers or have a coffee on a patio.

Upcycled leather -- soft, non slip soleing for very quiet and smooth experience. The leather has been upcycled from old clothing.

The buyer is responsible for giving their correct and current delivery address. In case of the address is incorrect or the buyer exceeds the maximum holding time and the package is returned to the seller, the seller agrees to reship the package only if the buyer pays for the repeat shipping.
If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the seller will deduct all the additional expenses incurred because of this and will refund the difference to the buyer. Exceptions for custom orders apply.

All returns should be posted in a polymailer bag securely packaged (can be a bubble poly mailer bag). Replacement items will be started upon receipt of the original item. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the original item.

I LOVE these boots! THANK YOU!!! They exceeded my expectations (which were high). I would say they fit true to size. I normally wear 7.5-8.0 US or 38.5-39.5 European (average/narrow foot, high arch and skinny legs). I ordered 7.5 (says 39 on the shoe). The fit is great! I can wear them without socks (they fit would be a little loose) or wear them with a thin sock (still not too tight). I don't see how or why you'd wear them with a thick sock. They look fantastic! The color is gorgeous. I asked to have the leather tab replaced with a felt one, and it is super cute! I can't wait for cold weather now. And the shipping to US was 1 month and 2 days. There was another review saying that they purchased size 39 and they typically wear 8.5 US and the shoes wear too big. Don't know how this is possible. Just order your usual size.

Thank you for a great review! I'm so glad you love the shoes :) Our soles are usually one size larger for this model of soles, so your shoe is size 38 with size 39 soles, since we spoke that you have a narrow foot and your usual size starts are 38 for our shoes.

stunning boots favourite ones ive ever owned. they are waterproof and i did the snow test. they work better with thick wool socks. i love the colour and the style. i would buy another pair in another colour. i measured my favourite shoes a few times before ordering and gave the seller the exact measurements. the chart they provide is not that accurate as all shoe charts seem to vary slightly. the boots still came out to be at least an inch and a half bigger but it's great and better than being too small. so i would say they run big. but the size chart showed it would be narrow so i made sure the boot was going to be made wider for me and my husband. they dont slip or move around because the top is nice and snug to my foot. seller had good communication until my order was placed she did not want more questions. fast fedexship

These boots are excellent quality and very comfortable. However note on Size: I typically wear size 9 US in everything so that is what I ordered. Maybe it would have been good to measure my foot to send to the designer/ maker of boot. It foots good except when I walk with every step the boot falls down off the heel. so possibly you may want to consider ordering a half size smaller than your regular size. I ordered some heel inserts so I pray that will help. Yes this is a lot of money to pay for boots especially for me but they are very nicely made & amazing quality being all wool with different blocks of color. very pretty and unique
