The information come from the website of the "Ligue de la leche", a reference in breastfeeding. I recommand you greatly to learn about conservation before using this reminder to know all the parameters of conservation.

Do not share it with other moms please. Invite them instead, to get it via my Etsy shop. It is not expensive in order to make it available to many moms as possible.
