2. Once we have all your info, we'll send you a design mock-up confirmation & you can request for changes or approve.
3. We produce & ship in 1-3 business days after buyer approves the engraving mock-up.
** NOTE FOR BUYERS: We do not ship products that are not approved, please keep an eye on your Etsy Inbox. Allow up to 24hrs Mondays- Fridays for us to respond or send out mock-ups. Weekend orders & messages will be processed on Mondays. **
