It looks lovely stacked in groups of 2 or more of these gold hand forged bands or other sterling silver and rose gold bands in this style as seen in picture # 5. Visit my listings for sterling silver** and rose gold filled rings*** in this 1mm wide stacking ring and order your own custom ring set.
The listing features 14K yellow gold filled 1mm rings with hammer marks that are perpendicular to the band.
This listing is for one ring, unless you chose more in the drop down options list. These 1mm rings are discounted if you buy more than 1. If you buy 4 of the 1mm rings the price drops from $18 each to $15.75 each. You can combine the yellow gold filled rings and the rose gold rings for similar price breaks. I will adjust and refund if you order them all on the same day. I will also adjust the prices for the similar 1mm sterling silver rings if ordered the same day also. The 1mm rings can be different materials and ring sizes and still get the discount. The last picture shows how a group of these 1mm rings would look together. To determine the size for your new ring there are several things to consider.
Your ring size will vary due to hydration, time of day, time of year and even the width of the ring itself. So a ring that fits at noon in the summer after a hard workout may be too large in the winter when you go to bed. Even the width of the ring will make a difference in the size you want to wear.
Some rings cannot be resized easily or at all due to the decorative patterns or stones used. It is best to get your correct ring size the first time.
***Do not use an online ring sizer or paper strip. These are unreliable and will not help you determine an accurate ring size***
Determine your ring size by following the steps below:
1. Visit at least two jewelery stores, preferably at different times of the day.
You may need to visit more than two, but the goal is to find two jewelers who both agree on your size. Many jewelry shops have a ring mandrel they measure rings on. It is important that the ring size mandrel being used is accurate. These can be off as much as ¾ of a size and are usually off about 1/8 of a size. My ring mandrels are not accurate as marked from the manufacturer so I measure the actual size by measuring the inside diameter of the ring itself using millimeter calipers. You can also try on metal or plastic finger gauge rings in set sizes, but these can be off slightly also. You can also ask them to use a “caliper” or “micrometer” to measure. Probably the most accurate measurement to provide to your jeweler is the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters. If you have an existing ring in the same width and fit as the one you are planning to buy and it is perfectly round, ask the jewelers to measure the inside diameter of this ring. That way you will know exactly what size to order your new ring in.
2. Determine The Ring Width You Want.
The ring size that is comfortable on your finger can vary depending on the width of the ring. It would be best to try on rings in the width of the ring you want to buy to get the most accurate measurement. A wider ring may need to be up to a half or full size larger than a very narrow ring to feel comfortable on your finger. Most plastic ring gauges come only up to 3.5mm wide. If you purchase a ring 8mm wide, your ring size will probably increase by a quarter size from the ring gauge that fit you best.
How should your ring fit?
The best fitting ring is the one you don’t know is there unless you see it.
But depending on several factors there will be days or seasons when rings are too tight, and days or seasons when they’re a little loose. Your fingers fluctuate in size during the day due to temperature, humidity, diet, etc. The time of year can also contribute to the ring not fitting comfortably. You may notice it feeling tighter in summer months and looser in winter months. In the winter, try and keep your hands warm while sizing to ensure it will fit in the summer. Even so it is better to have a ring that is loose in the winter rather than one you cannot remove in the summer.
The best fit is when a ring fits easily over your knuckle. You should be able to get it on without struggle and then have a slight pull at the knuckle when removing it. You may need to twist the ring 1-2 times to get it off. Proper sizing is a personal preference.
Some other tips on getting the best size ring for your finger:
Your finger shape can determine the size you want also. Some fingers are largest near your palm and gradually taper without a large knuckle. In this case the ring should fit snugly at the base of the finger without causing bulges or a permanent indentation. You should be able to push the ring up from the underside of your finger, and see a small space between the ring and the top of the finger as this gives your finger some breathing room.
If your knuckles are large you need the size of the ring to fit comfortably over the knuckle without being too large for the base of the finger. If there is a large size difference between the knuckle and base of the finger, the ring tends to spin and turn on the hand, especially in single stone rings which are often top heavy. You need to decide how easy you want it to slip over your knuckle.

The ring is beautiful in person!
Very nice and bright ring, good for stacking with other thin rings or holding a slightly larger ring in place. 3rd ring from this shop and I love it!
Super thin, but beautiful. Great for stacking.
