► The size of the sheets is approximately 5.25x8 inches.
► Our stickers can be printed in matte or glossy finish. For both papers I recommend to use permanent (alcohol based) products to prevent writing from smearing. Some pens may not work on these papers.
► Colors may appear different on screen.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will be glad to work with you in order to resolve the issue.

For international orders the buyer is responsible for extra fees, import duties, taxes and any other additional charges.

In the case of unclaimed or refused orders, we will refund you the original purchase price minus shipping costs once the package has been returned back to us on its original conditions. Please understand since the package was available for pick up and never claimed by the buyer/recipient, a refund for the shipping cost is not possible.

Unfortunately we can't accept claims for items that were ordered by mistake. Please make sure you read the detailed information of the products to ensure that you are selecting the appropriate item for your needs.

After I have shipped your order, I will give you a tracking number you can use to follow your order. If you want to track it, you can do it through the Mexican Post website:

Since we are located in Mexico all of our orders have to go through customs. The estimate time for delivery is 15 to 20 business days but it can take up to 40 business days to arrive. This is because of customs and unfortunately there is nothing I can do to speed the process. Please be patient.

We release coupon codes occasionally. Add us to your favorite shops to get our shop updates or follow us on Instagram (@doodlesoupstudio) to find out first about promo codes and sales.

Only one coupon code per order. Code must be added during checkout, after the order has been placed the code can no longer be entered.
