How do you put together the bags and stickers?

I always add candy to one bag to see how high I want it filled. This lets you know more about where you want to put the sticker. I then put the sticker in the same location on the empty bags, fill them with the favors, fold the bags over and seal. The sticker is on the front of the bag.

Are the designs editable?

Yes both my digital files and printed stickers and bags can say whatever you would like. They can be used for any and every occasion.

Do you offer printing?

Yes we offer printing for our stickers and bags to the US only. Our digital files can be printed worldwide through our partner Prints of Love. Can I change the size of the listings?

We try to provide a good range of predone sizes for your need. You cannot change the size yourself, however we can do this for you if you are after something specific. Can I change the color of the listings?

Yes! Most of our templates are totally editable, except for the clipart in some of my files I created at the beginning of my journey. BUT I would be happy to fix it for you. Message me with your order number and the color or clipart you are wanting changed. I will log in to your order and can change it for you.

What are the terms of use?

The purchase of a template is for personal use (unless stated otherwise in the listing description). You can edit, save, and download your template unlimited times for editing and proofing purposes. Our templates have no download limit but expire after one year. Unfortunately our designs aren't for commercial use or resale.

Are fonts included? Can I add my own?

We have a huge range of fonts available within the software - there is no need to install any fonts. At this time, you cannot add your own fonts, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional font requests however as we have such a great range available, if you are wanting something to match an already designed stationery piece feel free to message us and we can make some suggestions on a font which will be a close match.

I changed my mind and want a refund, is this possible?

1- Choose how many sticker and bag sets you are wanting
2- Enter your personalized information- Please double check for spelling. I copy and paste what you enter to make sure I have it spelled as you do.
3- For the Quantity field, enter a quantity of 1 only. This states you want 1 set of stickers and bags that you chose in the first option. (example- you chose 30 stickers and bags in the first section, in the 3rd section you want a quantity of 1 set of 30 stickers and bags.)

I ship out Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Unless it's during a holiday or busier season (graduation) I usually ship out the next shipping day. If you order them on a Monday or Tuesday, they will go out on Wednesday. Order on Wednesday or Thursday, they will ship on Friday. Order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, I try my best to get them all out on Monday.
