Perfect Pear Seating Chart, Digital, Vintage, Roaring 20s, Art Nouveau, Table Assignment, Wedding, Event, - Print Yourself, Small, Medium or Large sizes (for approximately 130 to 300 guests).

ORDERING INFORMATION:

When you order, you have the option of ordering a small, medium or large digital seating chart. This seating chart design will be emailed to you so you can have it printed at your local print shop or office supply store.

If you have a picture frame to put your chart in, send us the dimensions in a conversation. We will be happy to resize one of our charts to fit in your frame and can tell you which size to order.

CHOOSE YOUR CHART

Most people list married couples together and this saves space on your chart. When ordering a chart for a wedding, the bridal party is generally not included if they sit at a head table together.

Small Chart: up to 75 lines of names or approximately 150 guests - 13" x 25"
Medium Chart: up to 90 lines of names or approximately 180 guests - 20" x 24"
Large Chart: up to 150 lines of names or approximately 300 guests - 24" x 36"

Why do you need a seating chart for your wedding or special event?

Have you ever been to an event where the slightest breath of air sent table assignment cards flying? Had to stand there for an hour laying out all the cards in alphabetical order in perfect rows for one of your friends? Or seen a guest reach for their escort card and knock half the cards off the table? Well, trust us, we have seen it all and more!

Our solution is a Seating Chart. Most people frame their charts in a picture frame but you can also mount them on foam core or decorative mat board. They are simple to setup and you are ready for the first guest to arrive in minutes.

One of the latest trends we have been seeing is having all your guests listed by table number. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this and neither do wedding planners. When charts are setup this way, each guest will have to read all the table lists to find their name. This creates a huge backup at the entrance to your venue.

Most events are at night with soft, romantic lighting and it is hard to read writing that is small. We limit the number of names on our charts so they will be large enough for your guests to read. If you have more names than our recommended amount for the size you are ordering, we suggest either buying a larger chart or buying two charts and splitting your list in half.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Add item to cart: choose either the small, medium or large digital chart.

2. When checking out, please include Bride and Groom's full names or event title, the wedding or event date and the colors you want from our list of colors. We recommend using dark colors for guest names - such as black, brown, charcoal, navy, purple, etc. While blush is our favorite color, it does not work well on seating charts unless you are ordering a style with a motif that can be that color. Save the light colors for your mat board backer or frame. Colors will look different on the screen than they print.

You may use either the Word Template or Excel file - whichever you are more comfortable with and only need to send back ONE. There are instructions located at the top of each. If you use the Word template and have a Mac, please remember to export the document back to a Word doc. Do not send a .pages file as we don't have a Mac to work on it.

4. We setup the seating chart with all the names from your list. We only want to see the attending guests on your list in the order you want them to appear, with the table they are seated at. Do not include extra details such their addresses or what they will eat. Generally the head table is not listed on a seating chart since they know where they will be sitting.

5. Email completed template to paperhabit (at) gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Your list should be finalized and only include the guests who are attending.

6. Once payment is processed and the spreadsheet or template is received, it can be up to 3 business days to receive your proof via email depending on our workload. This is our setup time - so for a 2 day rush, you will receive the proof within 2 business days AFTER we receive your list. If you approve the proof with no changes before 4 PM PST Monday thru Friday, you will have the final design that same day. If you have changes or approve after 4 PM the new proof will come the following business day. If you approve Friday night at 4 PM, you may not receive the final design until the following Monday so plan accordingly.

7. Once you receive the proof, you will check it over for any last minute guest changes and either email us your revisions or send your approval. We will email you a high resolution JPG and PDF file ready for printing, within 24 hours of your final approval. The first set of changes are included in the order price. We are happy to make as many changes to your seating chart setup as you need but please send all your changes at one time. If you need to make additional changes after the first round, there is a proof charge of $10 for each time you send in changes.

There are no refunds. We are sorry but custom items can not be returned.

We have an actual brick and mortar store and are open Monday thru Friday PST 10-5. Please be patient if you do not receive a response outside of these hours. (i.e. evenings, weekends and holidays) Even during business hours we are sometimes so busy working with couples in the store that we can not get to our email for several hours.

We ship out our orders by United States Priority mail postal service with delivery confirmation.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email (the one listed with Etsy) with a link for you to download your file(s). This generally only takes a few minutes as your payment is confirmed. You can also access your downloaded file(s) by clicking on "Your Account" at the top right-hand corner of any Etsy page. This will bring you to your Purchases page, where you can download your file(s).

THE MINIMUM QUANTITY: If you are ordering invitations, we can not print less than the minimum stated for each invitation style. Should you not need the minimum listed, we can still process your order, but note you will be invoiced for the minimum - we are sorry, there are no exceptions.

We want to help you have the wedding of your dreams! Please contact us with any problems you have with your order so we can work with you to find the best solution.

For Seating Charts, we work from your list. Please remove any people who are not attending. We only want the attending guests on your list to us in the order you want them to appear and do not include extra details such as what they will eat or their addresses. Generally the head table is not listed on a seating chart which gives you extra room for larger print.
