USA & CANADA: 1/4 weeks
EUROPE: 1/3 weeks

If there is any problem with your order please contact us directly (through Etsy messages and not via email) before leaving a review or opening a case. We will try and create a satisfactory experience to all our customers!

We are always sorry when things don't go the way they should go!
We check and double check our orders before shipping and we are able to know how many items were in the package because of the weight on the label.
However we are aware that things might go wrong along the way (package damages, custom checks and so on). Please provide a photo of your package or jewellery damage upon receipt and we will issue a replacement.

All countries have different custom charges and policies so you should find more information through your Government's website. Please understand this is out of our hands and it's the customer responsibility to check and pay towards this.
If the item gets returned to seller and we are charged for the custom duty you might have this deduced from your refund

Yes, as we can sterilise them, change the wire or recycle them.
Please be aware that if the cause of return is a customer's change of mind we will refund in full excluding shipping costs.
We can cancel an order and give a full refund (item+postage) only when the situation is out of the customer's hands.

Please get in touch straight away as we are able to change this only before shipping the item is sent.
If the item is shipped to a incorrect address and you are not able to receive it the package will eventually return to us. If that's the case we will give a refund excluding shipping costs

We would love to be able to assure you that your order will be there on time but unfortunately I cannot guarantee for something that it's out of our control.
I send frequently worldwide and we've learnt from experience that 90% of the time things run smoothly but every now and then there can be issues on the way (parcels getting stuck at customs or in a sorting office). We hope you can understand this.

Please note that as mentioned above we accept returns.
If the item is returned in good condition we will always refund in full. However sometimes we might not be able to refund shipping costs, for example if the package was unclaimed or undelivered and returns to us, we obtain the right to deduct shipping costs from your refund.

We receive a number of unclaimed packages every month. Due to large volume of sales we cannot stay on top of tracking of each package so we kindly require our customers to keep an eye on tracking details. Unfortunately in some cases an attempted delivery note is not left at the address and the package remains unclaimed for 7/14 days and then returned to us. in this cases we have to charge for postage twice or issue a refund for the item only, as it's the customers responsibility to be able to receive the package.
