Love, love, love this! And the surprise inside of the lid with teeny tiny red dots made me smile. Exceptionally well packaged so no damage to fragile item. It took a while to get it, but it was well worth the wait! This is the second item I have purchased from this shop, and will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
For damaged items:
Special care is taken to make sure your order is packed well to prevent shipping damage. If your order arrives damaged in transit,we will exchange anything that breaks in shipping. Please let Sara know within 48 hours of the date delivered; so that she can give you further instructions. Please keep all original packaging and damaged item until further notice.
For other returns:
Please contact us upon receipt. You may return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost. Shipping and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.
Please understand that due to the hand painted / handcrafted nature of our work, no two items are ever exactly alike. Each piece is made to order per customer.
