SupplyEmporium ships Monday - Friday and a few on Saturday to take care of Friday night orders.
The post office provides tracking information for packages mailed from SupplyEmporium, so once it's shipped, you should contact the post office for delivery information as I receive the same notifications that you do.
I cannot accept responsibility for packages lost by the Post Office although I will make every attempt to help you locate the package. SupplyEmporium is not responsible for mistakes made by the Post Office, and the customer is responsible for providing the correct address to ship to. I do not retype addresses.
