Awful packing. The horns arrived broken. The mailed package didnt have any kind of protection. The crown was inside a thin envelope and of course the flowers were smashed flat and the one horn broken. Anyhow, the owner of this shop was very gentle in replacing them or refunding the product. It took little work to glue it back. Besides that, it is a good product, just be careful next time so it arrives in better conditions.
