Your purchase will be packaged carefully and shipped within 1-3 business days once the payment is received. However, sometimes it may take up to 3-5 business days if we have no stock and need to make to order.

For domestic customers in Australia,

Generally, Backyard provide Shipping WITH TRACKING NUMBER via Australian Post Office. (except for earrings and phone cases).


For International customers in other countries,

All orders are sent via Australian Post Office and are usually delivered in 5 to 14 business days WITH TRACKING NUMBER. （except for earrings and phone cases）

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK that your Etsy address is the address you would like your package shipped to.

Customers is responsible for any custom's taxes and fees.

Backyard will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if package are returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by customers, package refusal or any unpaid customs fees.

Please do not water, do not expose to direct sunlight or dust and try to keep all dried flower cards and flower arrangements in dry places.

Unfortunately, Backyard do not accept any exchange or refund due to the nature of handmade products. We will double-check each order and pack each of them carefully before shipping.

However, if something goes wrong (eg: damaged item during delivery or wrong product) with the product you receive, please contact us within 10 days of item receiving for a replacement.
