This is "Valentines came by Sparrow Post". This mini skein set was hand dyed with love and care.

*Note* Please choose either the light pink or dark pink sugar cookie stitch marker. Let me know which you would like in "note to seller". The stitch markers are made by the lovely Joanna Olson, www.thenomeknitter.com.

This yarn release, is inspired by A Time to Keep by the wonderful Tasha Tudor.

200 is a fingering weight yarn.

London is the name of the yarn base.
London contains 75% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon, and 5% Stellina.
This two ply superwash merino yarn is beautiful and springy. The stellina, a non metallic modern nylon fiber engineered in Italy, adds a lovely sparkle, and together with the nylon adds strength. Imagine Jack London’s characters looking out upon the sparkling Alaskan snow, as the night sky is lit with stars all around them.

.......................................

True to my librarian roots, the yarn is organized in Dewey Decimal fashion. The yarn weights are as follows: 100 Lace, 200 Fingering, 300 Sport, 400 DK, 500 Worsted, 600 Aran, 700 Chunky, 800 Bulky, 900 Roving.

Each of the yarn bases I use are named after a different author: Potter, Herriot, London, Thoreau, Alcott, and Austen. Who is your favorite?

.......................................

This is a superwash yarn, however, I recommend using the gentle cycle for washing machine use, or hand washing, and air drying.
