We are very easy to work with and we like happy customers! Upon receipt of your purchased item, check for any shipping damage and contact us ASAP if there is shipping damage or other issues.

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. If you are returning an item for whatever reason, contact us within 14 days to arrange for a return. Once we receive the item back in good condition, a full refund (less original shipping cost) will be issued to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges unless we deem that an item was not as described. Returned items must be in original condition with all original parts and be packed well for damage-free shipping.

NOTE- We try to describe items as if we were the buyer. So carefully read all item descriptions. Most returns can be avoided if you read sizes, descriptions, etc. carefully and contact us with any questions you might have prior to purchasing. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The majority of our items are the result of Estate Sales or personal family items and as such may not be in MINT condition unless otherwise stated. The item description is not all inclusive and only major or gross flaws may be disclosed. Expect each item to have some wear or use consistent with being previously owned. We will do our best to describe each item including flaws or damage; however we are not experts in each item that is listed. So if a particular aspect or condition is important to you, please ask for more photos prior to placing your bid. We take lots of photos and will be happy to email them to you.

Most of the items we sell are used and do have wear unless otherwise stated in the description. We buy from Estate Sales and Auctions. We put lots of effort into providing nice clear, high resolution photos that you can zoom in to see the fine details.

Shipping policies


Please check your Etsy address is correct. I always ship to Etsy address unless you request otherwise. It is helpful to give me this info in the "note to seller".

We guarantee your item will be shipped within 24 hours from payment confirmation, if confirmation is received prior to 12 noon EST, Monday -Friday.

We always offer the most economical shipping option available along with quicker shipping options for those who prefer.

Priority Rate: Cost is higher, but you receive your item in two to three business days.

Economy Shipping: Cost is cheaper, but can take 4 to 9 business days to receive your item.

If listing is free shipping it is for the lower 48 states.
