I absolutely love this planner. Amazing quality! I had an issue with the customization on the front cover but the shop owner was amazing, she was sympathetic to my unfortunate event and really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I would buy from this shop again and again

Returns and exchange details

For invitations and party items: Once the proof is approved, I WILL print it as shown. If you miss a typo or error, and need a reprint,that will be an additional cost to you. It is the customer's responsibiltiy to approve the proof.

For custom items: Once agreed upon changes and you have purchased your items, they cannot be changed. As these are custom items, there will be no refunds or exchanges. However, I will work with you closely and carefully to ensure your items are just how you want them before they ship out.

Shipping policies

I ship via USPS and will ship out as quickly as possible. Normal turnaround time is 2- 2 1/2 weeks, but can vary with holiday, etc. Contact me for any info on international shipping rates.

If you want insurance for your product, please let me know before ordering. I am NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged by USPS, and will not replace items that arrive damaged.
