I follow the recommendation of Etsy and the USPS for any package delivery discrepancies.

* I DO NOT reship orders for free that customers report haven't been received when tracking information shows the order was delivered.

* It is the customers responsibility to check with their local post office and carrier as to where the package was delivered per tracking info. The USPS will check the gps coordinates when teh package was scanned to confirm delivery.

If a package was stolen from the customers home, as the seller I am not responsible for stolen packages. It's recommended to file a police report.

It’s the responsibility of the buyer to provide a CORRECT shipping address. It’s also the responsibility of the buyer to pay additional fees if they want their order shipped by FedEx or UPS instead of the United States Postal Office. I DO NOT refund orders that get returned to me because of insufficient address. I only reship orders for the second time if the buyer pays for shipping again as the USPS will charge me! When shipping dirt and real plants, these packages are not easy to reship for a second time.

Nicole went above and beyond! After hearing that one of the party attendee's went by "Duckie," she added 2 special duck figures to her kit. This was a big hit!! THANK YOU!! We used these kits as an adult's birthday party activity. Since we were all isolated due to the Coronavirus, Nicole mailed kits to 4 different locations in the US. We were able to follow her instructions and create beautiful fairy gardens together over video. All participants, including my 65 year old father, got creative and had a great time designing these fairy gardens and making up narratives about our figures. Nicole mailed everything very quickly. I greatly appreciate how attentive she was to our orders.

This is by far the cutest gift ever! So creative and fun, well thought and put together! Great little business, will be gifting these to even my adult friends lol. We got the two succulent pack and it has a lot of leftover so we decided to make another scene with our own succulents!

We were blown away by these kits! The kits came beautifully packaged and included more than enough supplies, you could make another small garden!
