I love this mug! The design appears on both sides so people I'm talking with can enjoy the cute design. I was very impressed by how well it was packed for shipping. Bubble wrap galore and the mug itself was tucked in a plastic bag tied with a black ribbon. Very nice touch! A logo of this company also appeared on the shipping box so I knew as soon as I collected my mail that my mug had arrived. Great quality and classy design.
