Priority: Local 1-day delivery no delays. However, the 2-3 day will be extended.

Packages that are DAMAGED or LOST IN TRANSIT are eligible for refund/replacement

Packages MARKED DELIVERED but are missing (must open USPS investigation, a partial store credit may be available)

COLOR Baby Bodysuits come in:
NEWBORN - NB-3m
6M - 3m-6m
12M - 6m or 9m - 12m
18M - 12m-18m

(THERE IS NO 0-3M option - ONLY IN WHITE)

Sometimes we have to substitute and will do so according to the size chart NOT the tag. Ex: 18M = 12-18M. Measurements will vary slightly from brand to brand.

RAGLANS: Kids are soft 3/4 sleeve, high-quality, light-weight garments. Adults are cotton 3/4 sleeve, high-quality. It very rare but we may sub full long sleeve in navy for kids.

TEES: ALL garments are UNISEX unless labeled otherwise and offer a comfy fit.

Tags vary in color bodysuits so we ship by the size chart. EX:, a 12M can be tagged as 12M, 9-12M or 6-12M).

ETSY sends a shipping notice immediately when labels are printed but you must still leave time for your package to be picked up which may not be until the following business day.

We will NEVER delay your order past the POSTED guideline shown by ETSY.com.

When you provide us with a change of address, we can ONLY change it for the order you place with us, NOT on your actual account.

Your shipping notice from ETSY may still show your old address but we have updated it on our side.

Free Shipping is PROMO ONLY and is not included for all exchange/some replacements. We ship USPS (domestic and internationally). In the case of non-delivery (lost items), we are required to wait 20 days for domestic and 40 days for international to file a claim.

First Class (standard shipping) can take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If you need faster shipping please purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout, adding a note at checkout will NOT upgrade your shipping.

For package refusal/non-deliverable notice, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees. Refunds will not be given on refused, non-deliverable or un-approved returned items.

Personalization MUST be added on the product page OR in the NOTES TO SELLER box at checkout, please do not rely solely on a message you sent us via email or direct message on Etsy as sometimes we are not alerted.

Orders, where personalization information is not provided, will be shipped without personalization.

If you forget to add personalization at checkout OR want to send it to us again to be sure we have it, please send us a message.

Some requests carry a fee (rush shipping, design change, adding a number to the back of a tee) please contact us first if you have questions.

2 STEP WASHING:

1. Machine wash with cold or cool water on the gentle cycle (inside out). No bleach, fabric softeners, or dry cleaning.

2. Tumble Dry after the wash on low heat, Do not leave the garment wet, to soak or air dry.

We offer several colors from different manufacturers, for that reason, we can not guarantee an EXACT color match. While we try to get "like" colors, some items may run slightly darker/lighter than others.

When choosing a color, know you are picking the GARMENT color, not design color.

Each item is handmade so some slight variations and imperfections may exist. Design size & placement may vary a little from tee to tee. Some designs are distressed purposely, meaning parts of the design will be etched out.

Our logo may be incorporated into the design of all of our shirts, this may or may not be reflected in the sample photo on the website. Thank you for your patience while we update all of our products!
