Please give us the baby's name in the box for personalization on the item page. You can also enter any special requests, regarding color, etc in the "notes to seller" section after adding an item to your cart. We stitch traditional 3-letter monograms, with the last initial in the center. If we are provided only three letters for three-letter monograms, please be sure to note which is first, middle and last, if not, the monogram will be stitched in the order in which the letters are given.

We have many different thread and ribbon colors as well as many dozens of font styles and sizes to create a customized outfit just for you!

All garments (except holiday, leg warmers, and hand-knit hats) are machine washable & dryable, NO BLEACH. Knitted hats should be hand-washed in cold water and air dried. Air dry leg warmers. Do not air dry other embroidered items.

Each garment has been washed in a baby-safe detergent, after the embroidery and is ready to wear. It is also necessary that we launder many items, prior to the embroidery process so the they won't shrink away from the thread.

Embroidered areas can be pressed with an iron after laundering. Embroidered areas are lined with an iron-on backing to protect baby's fragile skin. If this backing starts to peel away after repeated washings, press the underside of the garment with a hot iron to help it re-adhere.

We will gladly include a gift message along with the item. The best way of doing this is to use the Etsy Gift message option when making your purchase. Please be sure to sign your name so your gift recipient knows who it's from!

We strive to make each item as perfect as we possibly can, but misunderstandings can occur and mistakes can be made. If your item does not meet or exceed your expectations, please contact the shop, prior to leaving feedback, so we can do anything possible to correct the issue. Your order will ship within the time frame that was posted as the processing time on your order, at the time of purchase. If your "ship by" date falls on a holiday, your order will ship by the next business day.
