You can get rush delivery of your order but there is no rush production time. Contact us for expedited shipping options.

No, our computer guided machines can cut any shape. Please email us with your artwork and we’ll get you a quote within 2 business days.

Simply give us a call within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge.

If you receive a product that does not match the description online or you feel the quality isn’t up to standards, we will work with you to provide a product that will satisfy expectations.

We try to create a visual with digital renderings and material samples, but if you find you just don’t like the finished product or have changed your mind, we will work with you to find a replacement. If the replacement is more than your original total, we will only charge the difference.

With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the order date.
