Returns & exchanges

Refunds will only be given for damaged items. You must send us a conversation through Etsy along with a picture of the damaged goods within 24 hours.

There will be a 20% cancellation fee on all items that have been approved for a refund!

We are NOT responsible for wrong addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an invalid address we are not responsible for extra shipping costs.

Monograms should be left in the following order First, Last, Middle we will assume the monograms left are in the correct order. If they are not please contact us IMMEDIATELY through Etsy. We are not responsible for monograms left in the incorrect order!

Refunds will not be given due to a post office delay, we unfortunately have no control over how the packages are handled once they have left our hands! (There is a 15 day wait period before we are able to file a claim)

We will refund or send out a new item if we make a spelling mistake!

Shipping policies

Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail OR First Class each taking roughly 2-3 business days to arrive. Please note we are not responsible for packages being held up due to weather or post office mishaps!

International purchases are shipped via USPS First Class and take roughly 14 business days to arrive, please note we are not responsible for packages being held in customs!

We are NOT responsible for wrong addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an invalid address we are not responsible for extra shipping costs.

We only use addresses that are given when you are checking out, if you put the wrong address we do not assume the responsibility nor will be we change the address, we however can cancel/refund an order in order for it to be purchased again with the correct address! This is done in order to insure that both parties are protected from liability!

WE CANNOT SHIP ON POSTAL HOLIDAYS! If your item is scheduled to ship on a holiday it will go out the NEXT DAY instead!

How should I leave my monogram?
Monograms are left in the following order First, Last, Middle so if your name is Melissa Ann Barnes your monogram will be mBa.

******WE USE THE LETTERS IN THE EXACT ORDER THEY ARE LEFT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT MONOGRAMS IF THEY WERE NOT LEFT IN THE CORRECT ORDER***** An example of this would be if your name is Melissa Ann Barnes and you leave MAB instead of mBa or MBA we will use MAB because we have no way of knowing otherwise and due to the high volume of the shop we would have no time in the day to work if we had to message every single person to confirm the monogram.


Should I use the transfer tape on my decal?
Absolutely, under no circumstances should you use your hands to place the decal, it will not work!!

I don't understand how to place my decal, can you help?
Of course, its a very simple process! Your decal will come with a clear(ish) film over it. This is the transfer tape that helps you apply your decal. Using the edge of the transfer tape, pull decal carefully up from the backing paper. The VERY sticky back of your decal will then be exposed so please be very careful. Have your surface prepared, and lay the decal and transfer tape in place...if possible using some sort of guide to align making sure decal is placed straight. Then, just rub over transfer tape completely, using your thumb nail or the edge of a credit card to insure decal is securely adhered. Then carefully pull up transfer tape. If decal starts to come up with the transfer tape, place back down and repeat previous step. Please remember you need a clean dry surface to apply the decal to or it will not stick properly!

My decal doesn't seem to be the right size, what do I do?
All decals are EXACT! Please make sure you are ordering the correct sized decal! If you are not sure what size you need please measure the item you are putting it on.

I don't like the print I chose, what now?
Unfortunately we can only fulfill orders with the print that you chose. We would be more than happy to help you choose a print or take a special request for the area you would like on the decal (Needs to be made BEFORE ordering) but once it is ordered there is nothing we can do. Please note when looking at a print if a request was not made you could end up with ANY part of that print. Please do not choose a print that is mainly a color you do not want and only a small fraction of a color that you do want, odds are you will end up with the color you did not want. We are NOT responsible for prints that you did not like.

Are your decals fade-proof?
No, but they are FADE RESISTANT. Please remember NOTHING is fade proof, even us ;).

What is your processing time?
We currently have a 5-7 business day processing time, more on the side of 5 business days, and THEN it ships!

I didn't place the decal correctly can I get a new one?
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for a decal being placed incorrectly.

My item was supposed to ship today, why didn't it?
Typically the only reason for a delay in shipping will either be, 1.) We have not gotten enough information from you, i.e your monogram, style, or color, or 2.) It is a postal holiday, in this instance we will ship on the day AFTER the scheduled ship date, or the next day the post office is open!

Can I contact you if I don't know what color combination is best or if I want a custom color combination?
Of course, you can contact us for any reason! We are always hear to help with color combinations and custom requests!

Do you have bulk pricing?
Yes, just contact us and we are happy to work with you!

My item was damaged upon arrival what do I do now?
Contact us immediately, we ask for 24 hours within delivery, and we would be more than happy to have a new item sent out to you. You must have pictures along with your claim in order to get a new item!

I can't find my tracking information, how can I do this?
You can find your tracking information by going to My Account and clicking on Purchases and Reviews. Find your purchase from StitchinMonograms and you will be see a button that says Track Your Item. Sometimes tracking information can take some time to come through, sometimes you can receive your item before your tracking even updates at all!

I don't know when my item is supposed to ship, where I can I find this information?
If you go to, My Account and then click on Purchases and Reviews you simply need to find your order from us and it will tell you the Expected Ship by Date!

I made a mistake on my address, what now?
