This beautiful vintage ring is a size 7. It has a split shank band and a large, bezel set jasper stone.

The stone measures 1 inch long and slightly over 1/2 inch wide. The entire front measures 1 1/4 inches by 5/8 of and inch and has a depth of 1/4 of an inch.

No maker's mark but it does test as sterling silver. The style suggests an mid-century American Indian design, possibly Navajo.

Great vintage condition with some minor wear and patina to the silver. The stone has a slight flaw in the surface near the center of the stone on one edge. Looks like it was not polished away when the stone was cut and it does not detract from the beauty of the stone. The stone moves slightly in its setting but is not loose.

The color is a rust and the inky variations are lovely. This makes a wonderful statement ring. Circa 1960/70.
