Celtic Boar pendant charm necklace in solid sterling silver. Something unusual for today's Celtic worrier be they MAN or WOMAN. Celtic Boars stood for strength, solitude, magic and protection from danger. Notoriously elusive boars could appear like magic. This lead to the belief boars could become invisible at will...now that's a handy trick useful in a fight!
Images of boars were carried into battle on standards and attached to war helmets. I made a miniature wax model of the 1st c. BC Luncani boar found in Romania. It once topped a Celtic helmet to protect the worrier who may have also worn magical wild boar tusks or teeth too.
Boar is made in full 3-D and can stand guard on your night table when you sleep. Box link sterling chain is included with sterling boar. Shipped with my specially designed pictionary box filled with Celtic info

Very pretty! I ordered two and the seller accidentally sent only one, but when I pointed this out to her she was very apologetic and proactive about getting the second one in the mail. It wasn't a problem at all and I appreciated her quick response. The jewelry is pretty. I actually wear mine backwards because the back-side has like some very subtle and beautiful shaping to it and a nice warm glossy tone.
