This small wool flower is wet felted from pure sheep wool in lovely lilac and light purple tones using only my hands, hot water and soap.

The size is approx 8 cm / 3 inches.

You can also contact me beforehand, if you would rather pay through bank transfer. This option is only available within the Czech Republic = to buyers with a bank account in the Czech Republic.

If I do not receive your payment within 3 days after the order and there is no communication between us, I will cancel the order.

Returns & exchanges

It is not possible to cancel the order after it has been shipped.

Any refunds or exchanges will be dealt with individually on a case-by-case basis. For maximum satisfaction, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it undamaged with ALL its original packaging and contents at your cost within 3 working days after receiving and I will refund the price when it is delivered to me. I do not refund shipping costs.

If your item is damaged during delivery, please contact me immediately, but latest within 3 working days. Damaged items will be exchanged after the buyer provides a photograph of the damage and sends a 2x2 inch swatch of the item by mail. I will be happy to ship you a new item in return at no additional cost once this is completed. The item can never be EXACTLY the same though, as due to its handmade nature and natural properties of the wool and silk, all my items are unique designs and one of a kind.

The package is considered lost in the post after 90 days according to the Czech Post Policies. If the package does not appear in that time, I will replace order or return your payment.

If the package is returned to me for reasons: un-deliverable / address not known / unclaimed I will contact the buyer to see where I can resend the package. Any shipping fees for resending the package in such case are full responsibility of buyer and will be charged again. If I do not hear from a buyer within 14 days, order will be closed and NO refund will be given.

I retain the right to refuse any refund or exchange.

I ship worldwide from Prague, the Czech Republic.

The shipping will be combined if you buy in any of my other shops.

The shipping cost for the large items/orders will be adjusted according to real costs.

I will ship your order to your Etsy address, so please make sure this address is correct.

Readymade items are usually shipped within 5 working days, following the day when full payment is received.

All items are carefully packed and shipped with priority service of Czech post and include tracking number and insurance for the more valuable ones. Please be aware once the item is shipped I have no control over any delays of post service provider.

The tracking is limited in many countries. The Czech post guarantees tracking only on the territory of the Czech Republic, in other countries the data depend on the local postal service provider and are only provided in the system if the local provider shares them with Czech post. For example the tracking usually works well in the USA (USPS), but is not available at all in Great Britain.

The shipping time to the USA is usually 2 weeks, Australia 3 weeks, Europe 10 days. In November and December the shipping times may prolong to a 35 days or even longer.

The package is acknowledged as lost after 90 days by the Czech Post. All my lost packages (total of 2 pieces so far) were found and delivered within those 90 days. I am truly aware that it is very long time, especially if you have ordered a gift for some occasion, but I really do not have any influence on the only Czech postal services provider.

I can offer upgraded shipping with EMS (express mail service). That is slightly faster (5-9 days to the USA) and quite expensive. Czech post does not guarantee behaviour of the local post providers even with this service, so if it gets misplaced on receiving territory, the same rules apply as with the priority service. The cost is as follows:
USA, Canada – parcel up to 500 grams – USD 45; parcel up to 1 kg – USD 50
Australia - parcel up to 500 grams – USD 55; parcel up to 1 kg – USD 59
If you are interested in this option, please, convo me before you purchase.

If you would prefer another carrier or shipping method (for example DHL, TNT, FedEx), please ask and I will let you know the price. The delivery with those carriers is fast, usually within 2 days, but the cost is around USD 100.

If the package is left at the post office/customs office unclaimed and/or returned to me for reasons: un-deliverable / address not known / unclaimed, any shipping fees for resending the package are full responsibility of buyer and will be charged again.
